Organic Rice Flour Roasted is used to make the finest organic brown rice flour. Our rice flour is produced by stone milling. This flour includes the bran layer of the rice which lends to its creamy almond color.
Our rice flour is made on a very fine setting to prevent the flour from tasting gritty-a common complaint about many brown rice flours.
